With professional experience in the procedure for obtaining mining properties and the fulfillment of the obligations required of their owners, civil contracts, mining contracts, associative or corporate contracts concluded in the framework of transactions between mining companies. Participates in audit processes of mining companies (Due Diligence) and with experience in regulatory issues related to illegal mining and formalization of mining activities.

    Counsel in the drafting, negotiation and execution of a binding Letter Agreement with Hannan Metals Ltd. This contract is critical for the company’s drying operations. The renegotiation also included the creation of a collateral trust to manage cash flows derived from this contract and secure the payment of EGP’s key suppliers and a pledge over certain assets of EGP to secure a debt with Miski Mayo
