Matías Palma

Associate / Chile

Member of the Competition Law team. His practice has focused on advisory work in matters of competition, for companies that participate in the banking industry, payment means, media, and new technologies. He has also been coordinator in the representation of several market players in litigious and non-litigious procedures followed before the Chilean Free Competition Authority -TDLC- and inquiries by the Chilean Economic Prosecutor’s Office -FNE-. Matías also has expertise in European Union law, in matters of free competition and data protection, and collaborates in academic activities associated to Public Law and regulated industries.
