  • CONSORTIUM ROGGIO - BESALCO Peru 2018

    Advising Consortium ROGGIO - BESALCO in its participation in the Bid for the Enhancement of the Road “Oyón – Ambo, Section I: Oyón – Desvío Cerro de Pasco” called by PROVIAS NACIONAL. The approximate length of the road is 49 kilometres and the term required by PROVIAS NACIONAL to execute the construction works is 720 calendar days.

  • CONSORTIUM EDEMSA Peru 2017

    Advised Consortium EDEMSA in its participation in the Bid for the Concession of the Transmission Line of 138 kV from Aguaytía to Pucallpa, consisting in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of 132 kilometres of a new Transmission Line of 138 kV that will connect the electric substations in Aguaytía and Pucallpa (both cities located in Ucayali Region, in the eastern part of Perú) and the enhancement of the referred substations. The term of this concession is 30 years plus the term of the construction works (33 months).

    PPU Peru developed the legal strategy to follow in order to permit the continuation of the negotiation process for the signing of the corresponding concession agreement. In this way, the submission of an appeal for reconsideration, in the administrative level, was filed with the objective that the Metropolitan Council of MML (the highest body of the mentioned entity) reverted its decision. The appeal was denied and the dispute has been taken to court.
