Catalina Amenábar

Member of the Dispute Resolution team. Her professional practice is focused on conducting international and domestic arbitrations, either as a representative of the parties or as an assistant to the Arbitration Courts as an Administrative Secretary. She has participated in commercial and investment arbitrations under the main international rules (ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, CAM/CCBC, among others). Catalina was appointed in 2017 as a Young Arbitrator of CAM Santiago and that same year she attended the Training Program for Secretaries of Arbitral Tribunals given by the International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC"): "ICC Institute Training for Tribunal Secretaries", Paris, France. Lawyer from Universidad de Chile, from which she graduated with highest distinction, and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law (Arbitration, Trade and Investment) from the Law School, Universidad de Chile and University of Heidelberg, 2020, from which she also graduated with highest distinction.
