    Advised Aventura Plaza S.A., a former joint venture comprised by Falabella, Ripley and Mall Plaza to develop shopping malls in Peru, to spin-off for approx. US$ 437.5 million.As a result of the spin-off Aventura Plaza S.A. has remained in possession of Falabella and Mall Plaza and keeps owning three operating shopping malls, located in Trujillo, Callao (Bellavista) and Arequipa (Cayma); and several projects under development.

  • Scotiabank Peru S.A.A. Perú 2017

    Advised Scotiabank Peru S.A.A. to structure and file with the Securities Regulator a securitization trust for of cash flows named “Patrimonio Fideicometido- Decreto Supremo Nº 093-2002-EF, Título XI, Bonos de Titulización IPSA y Subsidiarias”. Under this program, securitization bonds will be issued up to a maximum outstanding amount of PEN 300'000,000.00. Through the first two issuances under the Program (both placed on the same day), the Originators raised PEN 165’000,000 (approximately US$ 49´239,033.13).The Originators are Inmuebles Panamericana S.A. and its main subsidiaries, which are owners of the several shopping around Peru, which operate under the brand “Mega Plaza”. The securitization trust under this operation involved cash flows from seven different shopping centers, three of them located in Lima and the remaining four located in the cities of Cañete, Chincha, Pisco and Barranca. The issuance of these instruments had a total demand of S / .463,650,000, that is, 181% above the amount placed. The greatest pro-life demand by AFP and insurers. The expansion of the real estate project “Plaza Conquistadores” of the MegaPlaza Mall stands out as its main project. The remaining fund would be the re-profiling of bank debt.
