PPU and Kennedys in Peruvian investment company sale

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría in Lima and Bogotá have helped Peruvian investment company Capia Renta Fija sell a 70% stake in the company to Latam Trade Capital.

Kennedys in Santiago helped Latam Trade Capital, a regional financial company headquartered in Chile. The deal closed in February with no value disclosed.

Latam Trade Capital is the result of the merger between Chilean financing company Latam Factors and a US company specialising in trade financing to companies throughout Latin America.

Asset management company Capia Renta Fija is headquartered in Lima and focuses on investments in the Andean region.
