LATAM bond offer calls on five firms

Banking, Finance and Capital Markets

Clifford Chance in New York, Chilean firm Claro & Cía and Maples and Calder in the Cayman Islands have helped LATAM Airlines issue notes worth US$700 million.

Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner & Smith Incoporated, Credit Suisse, BTG Pactual, BNP Paribas, Natixis and Santander were underwriters and took counsel from Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP’s New York office and Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (Chile).

The offering closed on 11 April.
