Banco Santander Chile offers debt

Banking, Finance and Capital Markets

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York and Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (Chile) have helped Spanish banking group Banco Santander offer notes worth US$500 million.

The initial purchasers relied on Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York, Washington, DC and São Paulo, and Garrigues (Chile).

The deal closed on 15 December.
